Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by your pet(s), typical wear and tear over time, unreasonable use, accidents or neglect.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all unused, in new condition Sturdi Products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return in the packaging with all labels without pet hair, odor or dander.

SturdiBag 2.0 - My Go To Pet Carrier of Choice (Plus It Looks Nice)

Anytime we have had to transport our corgi (when she was a puppy) and the cats, we find the SturdiBag to provide us with the optimal way to transport them. The carrier fits easily under the passenger seat of an airplane, and when we travel by car, we can thread the seat belt through the top handle of the bag to secure it when transporting them. In the three times we have had to evacuate, these bags have provided a familiar safe environment for the cats reducing stress for both the cats and us when we had to leave quickly.

We have also provided SturdiBags to family members when they are traveling with their cats. And everyone has loved them, cats included.

One more thought, these pet carriers are exceptionally well made. The first two carriers we purchased are going on twenty plus years of service without having to replace pads, straps, rods or mesh (cats trying to sharpen their nails in the mesh from time to time).
