Return Policy
Products are eligible for exchange or refund for up to 30 days following the purchase date.
All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused and no signs of pet dander, with their original packaging and tags attached.
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, based on the condition of the product when received.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (pet care products)
- All items on clearance or close out sale
Items marked as Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sturdi reserves the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the requirements outlined in the return policy. Items that do not comply will be returned to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.
Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
USA Orders
To start your return, contact us at customerservice@sturdiproducts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for a flat fee of $10 (will be deducted from your refund amount) as well as return instructions.
Complimentary exchanges are available for orders within the United States.
International Orders
International orders are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipment and all related fees. Sturdi is unable to offer direct exchanges on international orders. We ask that you return for a refund and place a new order for the preferred items.
Please note shipping fees and import duties / custom taxes are non-refundable.

Once your return package has been delivered, please allow up to 10 business days for our team to process your return. Once the return has been approved and processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. A confirmational email will be sent to the email linked to the account. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item. After your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
