Warranty

All Sturdi® products purchased directly from the manufacturer are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty applies when the product is used as intended under normal conditions.

Warranty does not cover for:

• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage caused by misuse or abuse of the product
• Failure to properly maintain, store, or clean the product
• Damage or odors resulting from pet accidents
  

Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty request, please email customerservice@sturdiproducts.com and provide the following information:

• A brief description of the issue, including a photo or video showing the problem
  
• A copy of your receipt or order number
• Your name, phone number, and shipping address

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all unused, in new condition Sturdi products.
