We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all unused, in new condition Sturdi Products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return in the packaging with all labels without pet hair, odor or dander.

Best Carrier

This is our third carrier (three different pets) and it is the absolute best. Our cats have space to turn around and they all love to put their heads through the top opening. They also feel secure and happy in this carrier. Customer service is also fabulous, too.

I absolutely love the carriers. I have 4 cats and would not use any other carrier. They are sturdy, easy to clean and flexible. Easy to carry my pets. I purchased my first one 13 years ago and it still looks new. I won't use any other carriers.

Quality product

I love the new sturdy 2.0 the large version and the vibrant color. I chose purple all of the straps and especially the new Velcro fastener that don’t adhere as much to the Persian fur.
