Different airlines have varying size requirements for in-cabin pet carriers, so always confirm with your airline before flying.

The large cube and medium SturdiBags meet all airline specifications. The small and large SturdiBags meet most airline specifications. The extra-large may not be accepted by all airlines due to its length. The Incognito model is not recommended for air travel but is suitable for casual outings with your pet.

All Sturdi Products purchased directly from manufacturer are warranted against manufacturer defect for 1 year from purchase date. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by your pet(s), typical wear and tear over time, unreasonable use, accidents or neglect.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all unused, in new condition Sturdi Products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return in the packaging with all labels without pet hair, odor or dander.
