Almost Perfect

I've been using two Sturdibag 2.0 bags for a few months now, and wanted to share my feedback. First, the bags are probably the nicest bags that I've ever purchased for my cats. My cats willingly go into the bags to nap or just have quiet time. The material is beautiful and sturdy, and the bag is, for the most part, well constructed. That being said, I do have small two issues with the bags. First, the arched rods used to keep the bags shape are prone to shattering. I have already submitted two warranty claims for replacement rods (customer service has been prompt and helpful). Second, the opening on the top of the bag is not big enough to place my cats into the carrier, BUT it IS big enough for them to wiggle out of. I tried opening the top window to pet my cat to calm him down during a car ride from a recent vet visit, and he easily climbed out. I won't be opening that window in the car again. Just a note for anyone who might be using the large bags for cats to be careful (I doubt a dog would be able to squeeze through it). Otherwise, I don't regret this purchase. It's nice to be able to machine wash the bags!

Customer service is non existent

I’ve written a couple emails asking to return one bag as I purchased two. No reply to either emails. I found the address on their website and returned the bag as they have a timelimit. It shows they’ve received the package but I still have not heard anything from them. I will be calling my credit card company to deal with this. I will never purchase from Sturdi products again as this experience has not been good.
