I have a big JRT that comes in, just barely, small enough to take on a plane in cabin. It was a struggle to find the right bag he might be able to fit in. When I found this bag, my dog loved the pop up window on top, I knew it would work! Just a couple of weeks later I had to fly to deal with a family emergency and was so grateful to be able to take him with me!
My bag got smashed afterwards during a major home remodel. But no problem, I just bought the replacement supports and voila, like new again!
Not what I expected
Product arrived alright, but the rods were poking straight out of the package. I know it’s not Sturdi’s fault but a better package out better packaging (taping the ends together to make a circle maybe?) might reduce the odds of the rods breaking during shipment.
